Goodshop’s original business model was centered around customers choosing a non-profit organization to support as they shopped. In 2016 Goodshop added personal causes, allowing anyone to gather their friends and community around a common fundraising goal.

Making it Easy

After studying the best practices of leading crowd funding experiences, I designed a flow for the Goodshop customer. Social integration and installation of the browser extension were keys to a successful “shopfunding” campaign.

Mobile First

All of our designs at Goodshop needed to work well on all of our breakpoints. When including all of the system states (Signed In, Signed Out, New Member, Experienced Member, etc.) one page would have many versions to be defined.
